With 45 years of experience playing and coaching soccer, when I began pickleball I became a student of the game. Pretty obsessive actually. I've recently expanded my coaching to include beginner pickleball at the Wadsworth YMCA and weekly sessions with Special Olympics athletes. My diverse background allows me to bring a level of knowledge and passion to coaching, helping players of lower to mid levels develop their skills and confidence.

Ever since leaving competitive sports, I struggled to fill the hole that not playing sports left. Being a recent college graduate I had a hard time understanding why I was feeling empty and depressed entering this new chapter of my life. I realized that I needed to find a way to tap into my competitive nature, and Pickleball became passion. I played competitve youth tennis form the ages 4-14 and took lessons 4-5 dyas a week throughout that time. Thus, my knowledge of swing kinetics, footwork, and game strategy are very high. I am also a 5.0 DUPR rated player and play in tournaments with all the best players in the area. Recently, I was unofficially ranked top 20 in NEO. I am fun and outgoing individual, that will make learning quick and interesting for all ages.
