Everyone should wear proper clothing depending on the weather if it’s outside or playing indoors. Such as, tank top, shorts, (indoor or outdoor) pickleball shoes. Bring proper protection if needed. (Eye guard, knee brace, elbow or wrist support etc. ) Suggest you bring your own paddle, because different paddles suits styles of the player. But I will provide paddles if you need one! Of course! The most important thing to bring is a good attitude! Because we going to have some fun!

Secondly, I will simplify rules and concepts by using cones, tapes, and visual aids to show zones rather than explaining them. Thirdly, I will let kids focus on movement and body awareness because good movement early = less bad habits later. Lastly, I will keep a positive coaching style such as giving high fives. The goal is to build confidence, not perfection.
