He is a Certified Referee, one of fewer than 200 in the US and currently the only CR in Wisconsin. Coach Dale competed and refereed at the 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Pickleball US Open in Naples, Florida and has won multiple gold medals in Florida and Wisconsin sanctioned tournaments.
