I’ve been immersed in the world of singing for over a decade. Holding an AA degree in Vocal Performance, I bring a wealth of experience in singing and the vibrant world of musical theatre. Since 2015, I’ve been sharing my love for singing through voice lessons, helping students discover and refine their unique vocal talents. I also completed the prestigious Voice Teacher Training program at New York Vocal Coaching, founded by Justin Stoney. Hi, I’m Toni! A classically trained singer, actor, & voice teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and 20 years in professional performance. From the bright lights of Broadway to embarking on six national and international tours as well as some of the highest level regional theater in the country. A Los Angeles native Toni is also a seasoned TV/film actor. She graduated from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts with a major in dance and a minor in Musical Theater and Opera. She continued her studies at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. Her time there afforded her the opportunities to train and work with some of Broadway's best focusing on vocal technique and performance. I am a Vocalist and Session Singer in Los Angeles. I have 20 years of experience as a touring musician (7 international, 10 regional), Session Singer (Just Dance, Disney), and instructor. Dr. Frey-Monell has adjudicated the regional hearings for Classical Singer Magazine's National College Competition and the Utah State Fair Vocal Competition. Locally, she has been an active adjudicator for the Long Beach Mozart Festival, Manhattan Beach School District, Music Teachers Association of California, NATS-Los Angeles Chapter, Southern California Vocal Association and Los Angeles Music Center's prestigious Spotlight Awards.
