My commitment to social justice led me to perform my one-man show "#BlandJustice" at Dallas' Black Academy of Arts and Letters. My musical journey has taken me to prestigious stages like Carnegie Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center. Trained at institutions such as Juilliard School and Drew Theological Seminary, I've also shared my knowledge as a voice and piano instructor at esteemed institutions like Booker T. Washington HSPVA. My musical odyssey began in a home filled with melodies. Since the tender age of 6, I've been immersed in the world of song. Choirs became my training ground, and during high school, vocal competitions fueled my passion. My journey took an exciting turn in college, where leading choirs marked the beginning of my teaching endeavors. The stage expanded nationally as I sang at renowned venues and even ventured into the world of record labels. I was asked to sign with Arista Records as part of an a cappella men's group.
