"Grayson signed up to play at a soccer camp I was helping coach. After the first drill he got upset and disheartened at how good some of the other players were. I took him aside and helped him understand players develop at different levels and showed him some things he could improve on to help him develop. Throughout the week Grayson started playing very well and it was not only due to the simple things he could work to improve on his play but his due to his changed attitude towards soccer and himself.
