I've been coaching soccer for 30+ years, as a player, coach, and Director of Coaches for New Haven Youth Soccer (NHYS). I was recently honored as United Soccer Coaches 2025 National Youth Coach of the Year. I've coached youth, high school, premier, and collegiate club teams. My approach is to meet players where they are to build strong technical players with a strong soccer IQ by growing their confidence with the ball from simple to more complex activities.

With over 17 years of soccer instruction, I cultivate both skill and sportsmanship. I am dedicated to helping players of all levels reach their full potential through focused training and positive coaching. My approach balances rigorous development with an enjoyable learning experience. I have loved soccer since I was two. Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer. I have coached middle school teams in Riverdale, Bronx, and worked with Soccer Kids NYC and the New York Red Bulls youth soccer club. Also, school.
