I’m a professional violinist, piano educator, and vocal coach who helps students build strong musical foundations while learning in a way that truly works for them. My teaching focuses on core skills like reading, rhythm, listening, technique, and musical understanding, so students can grow with confidence and clarity.Each lesson is thoughtfully customized to the student’s goals, background, and learning style. I’m a violin teacher with 25 years of teaching experience, working with students of all ages and levels. Originally from Michigan, I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music. My extensive orchestra experience allows me to help students not only develop strong technique and musicianship, but also prepare for and thrive in youth orchestras, school orchestras, and beyond. My goal is to help each student build confidence, enjoy making music, and reach their full potential as a musician.
