Bio: I’ve been a violin teacher in New York for 25 years and run the Rockland School of Violin in Rockland County. Specializing in Western classical music, I provide students with comprehensive ear training, sight reading, and music theory lessons. I also prepare students for NYSSMA and support school orchestras. Bio: I've been playing violin for 20 years. I recently graduated from my master of music at Manhattan School of Music under the guides Fe do Associate concertmaster of the NY Philharmonic Sheryl Staples. I have experience teaching all levels and ages. I grew up with Suzuki method so I also have a lot of experience with it. As a performer, I've played with professional orchestras and also chamber music and violin recitals as well.

Bio: Liora is a teaching artist dedicated to bringing the joy of music-making to everyone through high-energy classes and performances. An active freelancing musician, Liora is a founding member of Trio Atropos, a clarinet, viola, and piano trio dedicated to exploring repertoire by underrepresented composers. Liora is also a founding member of Delicious Bass, NYC's premier (and only!) bass clarinet ensemble. She is a teaching artist with Musical Mentors Collaborative's Explorers program, leading group introductory music lessons including drum circle, recorder, keyboard, and ukulele to students at PS 2 and PS 164. She is also a teaching artist with Third Street Music School's Partners Program, through which she teaches woodwind group classes at PS 99. Liora is currently on the faculty at Marymount School of New York, and previously served as an adjunct professor with NYU’s Clarinet faculty, where she taught private lessons and led a monthly studio class. Liora maintains a vibrant and growing private studio with students of all ages in NYC.
