I love working with the youth! I coach 12s for summer league and club! With young kids, I like to take things really slow and use a lot of demoing from myself so they can visually see what needs to be done for them to master the skill. Also a lot of references and analogies to help them understand movements. Plus a very encouraging environment where they get praised a ton and always supported regardless of the outcome of skill at the moment.
