My name is Jenna Grimm. I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher of traditional Vinyasa & Hatha. 30 hours of Yin Yoga and 50 hours of Ariel / Trapeze yoga. Rock climbing was a huge influence on my life, which piqued my interest to explore the holistic lifestyle that yoga has to offer. My mission as a teacher is to bring your practice back to its traditional Vedic roots by learning ancient wisdom, discipline, and pranayama breathing techniques alongside the physical asana practice.
