Understanding lesson types
Updated
TeachMe.To offers several lesson formats to fit your goals, learning style, and budget. Whether you want focused one-on-one instruction or prefer learning with friends, you can choose the type of lesson that works best for you.
Lessons on TeachMe.To take place in person or online, and all coaches are independent instructors who set their own teaching style, pricing, and availability.
Below are the lesson types you’ll find on the platform:
Private Lessons
Private lessons are one-on-one sessions between you and your coach.
This format is ideal if you want:
- Personalized attention
- Faster progress
- Lessons tailored to your goals and skill level
- Flexible pacing and drills
Nearly all lessons on TeachMe.To are private unless you book for multiple Students.
Group Lessons
Group lessons are designed for:
- Small groups (two or more Students)
- Friends or family members learning together
Group size varies by coach and activity.
If you want to learn with another person, you’ll need to select the correct number of Students at booking.
Single lessons and lesson packs
On TeachMe.To you can choose:
- A single lesson to try a coach
- A lesson pack to schedule as you go and learn at your own pace. A bigger pack has a lower price per lesson.
Packs are great if you want to:
- Commit to regular practice
- Build long-term skills
- Save compared to booking lessons one at a time
Lessons in a pack are prepaid lessons. They stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Are Virtual Lessons Available?
Yes. TeachMe.To offers online lessons with coaches who teach online.
In-person lessons take place at locations listed by the coach (courts, parks, driving ranges, gyms, pools, and more). The coach reserves the location.

|---|---|
