How does booking work?

Booking a lesson on TeachMe.To is designed to be fast, secure, and completely transparent. Whether you’re learning a new sport or improving your skills, you can browse coaches near you, choose a time that fits your schedule, and get your lesson confirmed in just a few steps.

Step 1: Search for a Coach

Start by visiting teachme.to and searching by:

  • Location
  • Skill or activity (e.g., golf, tennis, soccer, pickleball, swimming, fitness, guitar etc.)
  • Coach availability

Step 2: Select a Coach and Book Your Lesson

Once you’ve found a coach you like, select:

  • The type of lesson you want: either a single lesson, or a pack.
  • A day and time slot that works for you
  • The best location for taking your lessons. Your coach reserves any location listed on their profile.

Step 3: Your Payment Is Processed and the Coach Confirms

After you submit your booking:

  • TeachMe.To charges your card
  • You download the mobile app
  • Your coach receives the request and confirms your lesson

Most coaches respond quickly, and you’ll receive email/sms and in-app updates when your lesson is confirmed.

What Happens After Your Lesson Is Confirmed?

Once the coach accepts:

  • You’ll see the lesson in your schedule
  • You’ll receive reminders before the session
  • Your coach may send notes or questions to help tailor the lesson to your goals

If needed, you can also reschedule or cancel. The same cancellation policy applies to every coach on TeachMe.To: you get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking and your lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours. After your first lesson, our risk-free guarantee gives you 24 hours to ask for a different coach or a refund. See Cancellation and refund policies.
