Coaches on TeachMe.To are independent contractors, not employees of TeachMe.To. This means each coach operates their own teaching business and uses the platform to connect with Students looking for private, personalized lessons.

What Does “Independent Contractor” Mean?

As independent professionals, coaches have full control over how they teach. This includes:

  • Setting their own pricing and lesson packages
  • Choosing where they teach (courts, parks, driving ranges, gyms, etc.)
  • Managing their own schedule and availability
  • Shaping their teaching style and approach

TeachMe.To provides the platform, booking tools, secure payments, and support, but coaches retain independence over their instruction.
