Locations: Partner vs Regular

Where are lessons conducted?

With over 20,000 venues in our database, we rely on you to let us know where you're able to teach. You're in control of selecting the locations that work best for you. Your comfort and convenience come first.

To manage your teaching locations, go to Coach App > Profile > Edit My Locations.

From there, you can browse the map to add or remove venues. We limit the total number of locations on your profile to 25.

You reserve every location on your profile

When a student books a lesson at a location listed on your profile, you reserve that location. This rule applies on both tracks below. It also applies when the student pays the location fee: paying the fee does not make the student responsible for the reservation.

The only exception is a spot that is not on your profile. When a student asks you to travel to their own spot, such as their home, the student arranges access there.

Choosing Your Track: Partner or Regular

All coaches are placed into one of two tracks for where lessons are conducted. This determines how your locations are managed and who's responsible for location-related costs.

Partner Locations

Partner locations are vetted facilities that TeachMe.To has negotiated direct access and rates with. They are best for coaches who want a structured, reservable setup with fewer logistics to manage.

Important: The location/reservation fee for Partner Locations is your responsibility as the coach. This cost is not covered by TeachMe.To and will not be reimbursed. We strongly recommend factoring this into your rate before selecting this track.

Regular Locations (Default) Regular locations are for established coaches who already have a place to teach.

• You pick where to teach
• Any location fees are paid by the student separately at booking, not by you
• You still reserve the location, and you handle permits or approvals where required
• Best if you already have go-to locations and want full flexibility

How to decide

• Pick Partner if you want simplicity and access, and you're comfortable covering the reservation/location fee yourself as part of your overall rate.
• Pick Regular if you already have your own locations and want full flexibility, with location fees handled separately by the student.

What happens next

You'll see a prompt in the app to review this and select your track. If you don't select anything, you'll default to Regular.

If you currently teach at partner facilities and want to keep doing so, you must actively select Partner. Otherwise, partner facilities will no longer be available to you.
