When are Coach Shop sales paid out?Draft

Coach Shop sales are paid out differently from marketplace lessons.

One payout when the student pays

For a Coach Shop sale, TeachMe.To creates one payout automatically when the student pays. The payout covers the full booking, including every lesson in a package. You do not request payment after each lesson.

Do not request payment again

Lessons from a Coach Shop sale are already covered by the upfront payout. If you try to request payment for one of these lessons, the app tells you the lesson is already paid.

Marketplace lessons are different

For lessons booked through the TeachMe.To marketplace, you still request your payout after each completed lesson. See How do payouts work?.

Before your first payout

Your first payout needs payout setup with DOTS, our payout processor. Complete the setup when DOTS texts you, so that your upfront payouts can go through.
