- Passing Drills
- Continue to work on passing. Emphasizing form good form
- Wall Pass: learning to pass the ball by passing it to yourself of the wall using different techniques

- Defensive Slides: continue to perfect this drill
- Footwork: learning to keep one foot (the pivot foot) planted while moving the other foot to change direction or create space, maintaining control of the ball
- Teamwork: emphasize how to make your teammates better
- Ball Handling -
- Pound Dribble: a low dribble, repeatedly push the ball down with one hand. Left and Right hand
- Stationary Crossover: quickly transferring the ball from hand to the other in front of the body. Add a pound dribble in between after a few reps.
- Double Pound Dribble: dribble with two balls simultaneously, alternating hands and changing directions
- Shooting Drills
- Form Shooting: start close and gradually increase the distance, working on consistency over making shots
- Shooting off the Dribble: still form shooting but now add a dribble in between shots. With left and right hand
- Catch and Shoot: catch the ball and immediately shoot with dribbles or moving.
- Shooting Layups: learn proper layup forms
- Passing Drills
- Continue to work on passing. Emphasizing form good form
- Defense, Basic Rules, and Teamwork
- Defensive Slides: learn how to play defense. Push slide to stay in front of a defender
- Footwork: learn the importance of footwork in basketball
