Your first lessonDiagnosis of what needs to be improved if you're already a player or establishing fundamentals and goals for year 1s
Lesson 11+By now we should have fundamentals, techniques, and cardio established, so moving into game type scenario drills adding in the mental aspects of the game while still maintaining and improving on what we've covered before
Lesson 4-10Starting to really push on cardio and reps, fine tuning on movements and adjustments
