Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will get to know each other as people and then get a feel for the level we are playing at. We will use dinks, 3rd shots, volleys, and ground strokes.
Lesson 11+We will play pickleball, incorporating the techniques we’ve learned and return to drills that need more work.
Lesson 4-10We will learn 3rd shot ideas, 3 types of volleys, and ground stroke fundamentals.
Lesson 2-3We will learn 3 different types of dinks.
