Beginner training plan

Your first lessonThe first lesson will be basic rules and play understandings, alongside with basic “dinking” skills (soft back and forth play at net).

Lesson 11+We should be done by this point in all honesty. 3.5 level game play, “special shot” mastery, footwork and technique are individualized and ready for more advanced play.

Lesson 4-10Here we can expect intermediate level of game plan with specific target areas of practice.

Lesson 2-3Within these lessons, we’ll go over techniques, different styles of serving and play, as well as more consistent and placement shots.

What you need to bringA pickleball paddle! If you need recommendations on some, for beginners (cheap Walmart paddle will do!) for intermediate or someone willing to learn longer, we can talk and figure out what paddle may be best!

What I can bringI only choose locations with nets pre built so I will bring pickleballs!
