Your first lessonEvaluate student competency in game knowledge, balance, ball striking and strategy
Lesson 2-3Drill to improve basic functional shots, dinks, 3rd shot, serves and returns. Finish with play when possible and some strategy.
Lesson 4-10Build on drills to develop quality dinks, 3rd shots, serves, returns, overheads and lobs. Play and strategy against others when available.
What you need to bringWear court shoes, bring water, sunscreen, glasses (sun, prescription and or safety), hat.
What I can bringI have a selection of paddles and will also provide a bucket of balls for drilling.
