Beginner training plan
Your first lessonLearning the rules, and starting to understand the correct way to hold the paddle. Then move to basic back and fourth drills!
Lesson 4-10Continue with drills specifically more complicated shots and angles. Learn strategies and continue playing matches with specific coaching on what your move should be.
Lesson 2-3More clear understanding of all the very specific rules, start to build habits on how to serve and return. Then get to matches and rally-out points to get comfortable with all the shots.
