Beginner training plan

Your first lessonWe’ll be working on the basic fundamentals of the game, work on getting the ball over the net and looking to improve!

Lesson 11+I’ll be teaching new skills and how to execute them properly. (Let me know if you would like this on earlier lessons)

Lesson 4-10After having the weak points identified we will just continue to strengthen until necessary.

Lesson 2-3Based on progression, we’ll be finding technical errors within their game, identifying weak points that are holding them back and preventing common mistakes.

How it works

Advanced training plan

Your first lessonThe first lesson I would give to an advanced player would be learning how to attack the ball, sitting up at the kitchen and identifying what balls to hit and how they should be hit.

Lesson 11+Work on any weak points you feel you have, generating more spin and ensuring you have your fundamentals drilled into your brain by the time you’re out of here!

Lesson 4-10I would be teaching a mix of offense and defense all the foundation would be set by now and it’s time to turn it up a notch!

Lesson 2-3These lessons would primarily be defensive drills, how to be ready, what to do in different scenarios and how to always go from a losing battle back to neutral.
