Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe focus can be the area of the game that you’d like to improve and understand better. We will have lots of fun, and use muscle memory to ingrain the improved skill set. 
What you need to bringGood court shoes, sunglasses on bright days, a hat to keep the sun out of your eyes and an excited attitude.
