Your first lessonTeach basics of scoring, rules, and how to run to a game successfully.
Lesson 11+Advance to intermediate level. Play more games confidently in open play.
Lesson 4-10Begin to improve shot selection, increase rally length, and continue to hone physical skills and techniques.
Lesson 2-3Begin to assess the basic techniques and strategies of the game, and when to implement them.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonDetermine current skills and discuss what the student would like to work on going forward. Assess strengths and weaknesses in a collaborative way.
Lesson 11+Continuing to increase shot selection IQ, patience, the "chess game" of pickleball, and working on athleticism, strength and conditioning, and what it takes to reach an even higher level.
Lesson 4-10Drilling and continuous work on additional skills, honing and refining current skills to be more consistent. Upping pickleball IQ.
