Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will run through the basic shots of pickleball: dinks, drives, and drops. We will start with the one that needs the most work and dial it in!
Lesson 2-3If there is something specific you want to work on, we can do that. If not, we’ll continue to drive, dink and drop until you can hit them consistently.
Lesson 4-10Based on your weak and strong points, we will start the mission of bringing your skill up at LEAST 0.5 in DUPR rating. I’ll tailor the lessons to fit your game, and give you strategy homework to employ in your open play games!
Lesson 11+Continue helping you get better and better!
