Please bring sunglasses, sunscreen, pickleball or tennis shoes, a personal towel and water. If you already have a paddle you like playing with, please bring it to the lesson. If not, I will bring a few paddles you can use during the lesson.

Wear athletic clothes, non-marking running/tennis shoes, bring some water, and your own paddle. Paddles will be provided for you to demo if you don’t have one.

If kids are under 8, it’s about engagement and having fun. Lots of encouragement, making each shot part of a noncompetitive game. Ages 8-13 is when skills training is ideal. Can be the most intensive age where a child wants to develop their game and needs lots of repetition with hitting partners of similar ability.
