Observation 🔬session were I will determine level of technique and tactic. In this session goal setting is very relevant because I want to make sure every minute spent on the court is intentional. We will create an outline for development in the next couple of weeks.

I make lessons fun and engaging by using games, shorter exercises, and simplified instructions. I use smaller courts and low-compression balls to help kids rally successfully and build confidence. I also focus on movement and coordination through playful drills like "Champion of the Court" or "Target Hitting" to keep them active and excited.

The lessons with kids depends on their age group. A lesson with a child 5-8 will likely be fun 😃 and focused on developing general athletic activities: hand-eye coordination 👋🏽balance ⚖️, and movement 🏎️In later stages 8-12 we will focus on some general development with a focus on playing games similar to an actual tennis play or match♟️.These lessons can vary based on the focus, intensity, and discipline of the child.
