Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will pair with the client first thing during practice. Get to know the client and play 1 on 1 to see where the client’s level is at. Above all knowing what position the client is interested in bettering at either forward, defense or goalkeeper.
Lesson 11+Vision, reading the field, passing accuracy, and conditioning depending on the position the player wants to play.
Lesson 4-1030 minutes of conditioning, 45 minutes of passing and controlling the ball.
Lesson 2-32-3 lesson would be focusing on shooting, passing and a little bit of conditioning l.
Youth players
Working with kidsTeaching children about passing techniques, shooting and above all patients that’s how I will adapt my lessons.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers my first and foremost implementation would be respect and appreciation. Players make mistakes even professionals therefore teaching teenagers to not let themselves get discouraged and keep on pushing is the most important thing for me.
