Beginner training plan
Your first trainingMostly set a benchmark for where individual is. Will most likely result in a passing drill, followed by dribbling then finishing. Passing drill involves one and two touch passing with both feet. Dribbling and finishing can be mixed together.
Training 2-3Lead on the individuals weaker component and work on it at first. If it is passing it may involve long distance passing, and short quick passing for accuracy. For dribbling I will stress the importance of quick and simple dribbles as they are the most efficient. Lastly, for shooting the importance of opening up your body to make sure the ball goes in the desired spot.
Training 4-10A beginner will be able to incorporate all these lessons and be able to apply them game scenarios such as a when a person is defending them; something I intend on doing. This can involve when to pass, dribble and look for an open shot.
Training 11+Form the remaining lesson I expect the beginner to gradually improve in all aspects and mostly focus on what they feel they lack the most.
