Beginner training plan

Your first lessonFirst lesson I will ask the girls to show me there skills that they have and we will go from there throughout the lesson I like to get to know them the first lesson also.

Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 We will add and work on everything and make sure that everything stays smoothly

Lesson 2-3Second and third lesson I will implement new techniques and homework for them to work on
