Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI rally to understand the current form of the student and identify strengths and areas of improvement. I then start with a few lessons to improve the game and evaluate the ability of the student to pick up on the feedback.
Lesson 2-3I continue building the core skills and techniques from the previous lessons and also focus on fitness and footwork where needed.
Lesson 4-10I increase the intensity of the practices as needed based on the previous lessons. I focus most of the trainings based on skill that needs more practice (forehand, backhand, smashes, footwork, etc)comfortably hit
Lesson 11+At this time, I hope to have the student be comfortable in rallying with me at a certain level

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI usually consider 3+ levels as advanced. At this level I rally with the student to understand what there tennis level falls between 3 to 4+ skill levels. At this level, there are unique forms of users. I will evaluate the students form and try to optimize that form (for example some students are best with one handed backhand while others are better with 2 handed backhand and some students turn their bodies while hitting while others prefer to keep a more open body position. Whatever your natural form is, I try to improve that with improved fitness and practice.

How it works
Lesson 2-3
At this point, I try to see if the players natural style allows them to improve their game. I progressively expect to rally more competitively and identify the improvement areas for future lessons. This can either be footwork, fitness/stamina or form.
Lesson 4-10At this stage, I would work on the areas identified above. I expect my students to sweat at the end of the lesson so expect to be pushed in these lessons (of course without compromising on fun!) At this stage, I start to feel evaluate the other areas such as volleys, smashes and serves.
Lesson 11+At this stage, I expect the player to graduate at least 0.5+ level in their tennis rating and rally more consistently.
