Lesson 2-3Build on your with more consistency, movement, and simple strategy, with added rallying and point play to help you feel confiddnt in real games.
Lesson 4-10Start refining strokes, improving footwork and movement, and introducing serves and volleys, with more live play.
Lesson 11+Focus on match play introducing rules, scoring, and simple strategy for singles and doubles. Sessions ard more game-based, helping you make better decisions, stay consistent, and feel confident playing full matches.
What you need to bringA tennis racket, sports clothing, tennis shoes, a great attitude ready to learn and have fun!
What I can bringI bring tennis balls, basket with stand, my racket, a loaner racket, a ball machine (extra charge).
