Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTypically will be basics such as hand eye coordination, movement, end of lesson will be trying to hit the ball over the net
Lesson 11+Once we have a solid foundation we will bring it all together with ground strokes while moving and eventually moving to serving and then practice sets.
Lesson 4-10Solid hits from baseline, getting the ball over the net. Also including conditioning
Lesson 2-3Early forms of forehand and backhand, refreshing movement and hand eye coordination
