Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst Lesson we start slow getting the blood moving, then hop right into the fundamentals.
Lesson 2-3By the second and third lesson, students will be getting those reps and and having fun.
Ideally we want to focus on your form but again, it depends on the students needs !
What you need to bringPlease bring water, please bring shoes , and please bring your A game 😉
What I can bringYou can just Bring your Shoes if you want! I can bring rackets and balls !
