Bio: Hi! My name is Trace and I'm a collegiate athlete at Lourdes University. I have a lots of experience playing volleyball at a highly competitive level. I have four years of coaching experience and I am a junior in the exercise science program at Lourdes, specifically focusing on strength and conditioning. I love coaching players who like to work hard to get better and those who truly love the game. I can and will coach any level of player and I can also tailor a custom program to specifically master any skill you want. Volleyball is my passion and I love seeing other people succeed and enjoy it too. I will work with whatever you want me to to help you grow your game to the best of your abilities.
