Wayne has coached over 200 collegiate players and has taken over 100 high school players and transitioned them into college golfers. He has also been published in Golf Digest Magazine and frequently appears on the Dewsweepers Golf Show. Wayne was selected for the 2016 FCG Top 50 Elite Junior Golf Coaches in USA Award! He was awarded again in 2018 as one of the FCG Master Coaches.

After 18 years of racquetball experience, I fell in love with pickleball the first time I played. This simple, fun, and social paddle game, which can also be highly competitive, captivated me immediately. Encouraged by an instructor, I became a certified pickleball coach through the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) and USA Pickleball in March 2023. Since then, I have been regularly instructing beginner and intermediate players on a weekly basis while continuing to play 5-6 times a week at a 3.5 - 4.0 level.
