Hey, I’m Donovan and I’ve played football for four years in high school and played a semester of flag football in college. I was also a football coach for a middle school football team. My coaching style is firm but fair. I like to focus on development and discipline. See where they’re at, what they need to improve on and then gradually increase the workload. I’d start with conditioning, body control/ footwork, and then transition into offensive and defensive drills.

Rhythm is my passion, and for two decades, I've had the privilege of sharing that passion with students of all levels. Let's unlock your drumming potential together! Monique has worked with different types of people from athletes to those with injuries, including herself. She is a fitness coach, yoga instructor and reiki master with experience in slow motion strength training, spin, kickboxing, and dancing. Learning about the human body, emotional distress, and mental capabilities, allows a connection in a different way. It is not just about the physical connection with the body, but connecting in other ways to fully improve our overall wellbeing. The goal is to provide information that is meaningful and embodies personal empowerment and development.

Monty Basnyat has been the Director of Tennis at Park Terrace Tennis and Swim Club for the past 15 years. He has been around tennis (competing, learning and coaching) for the past 43 years and loves every minute of it. Monty graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in business. In his spare times he loves to cook pizzas in his brick oven.

Patrick's tennis journey started with two great years at Reedley Community College (2013-2015) and continued at Sacramento State (2015-2017). He now stays active by competing in USTA tournaments. Patrick spent six years as the head coach for Mira Loma High School's boys' team (2014-2020), helping the team grow and succeed. Since 2019, he's been a Tennis Professional at Rio del Oro, where he shares his love for the game with players of all levels.
