I was professional diver in Ukraine and transitioned into gymnastics coach in USA. Healthy and motivated has always been a part of my life, and Yoga has transformed my body, mind and soul. I practice Yoga with everyone from beginners to advance athletes. I teach groups at Parkland FL Office or I can come over to your place throughout Southwest Florida as personal trainer.Zoom online classes are offered per request.
