My collegiate career with NC State and Morehouse College saw me achieve an unprecedented feat, marking an undefeated season and defeating the #1 player on the nation's top-ranked team. His talents extended to the ATP World Tour, where he secured world rankings in both singles and doubles, despite an abbreviated tour stint due to sponsorship challenges. Afterwards he transitioned to work alongside distinguished players in the WTA/ATP tours, including Heidi El Tabakh, Edina Gallovits, Donald Young, and more. My coaching prowess also shone as he trained junior world champions, including notable names like Emma Kurtz and Dillon Pottish. Currently, Erik is dedicated to running a junior program aimed at preparing young talents for college tennis and beyond. In addition, he's building a comprehensive tennis academy featuring six courts, a swimming pool, and dormitory facilities, where the future of tennis can be nurtured and inspired.
