I'm Brianna Norton, and I've been teaching fitness and yoga for 20 years, with experience guiding both beginners and seasoned practitioners. I've led fitness classes in Dallas and Atlanta and hold certifications in 200-hour Yoga Alliance, barre, Lagree Pilates, and health coaching through Wellcoaches. My passion lies in helping others achieve a balanced, healthy mind and body through movement.
