I'm an ambassador for Six Zero Pickleball and currently a 4.5 DUPR rated player. My tennis, ping pong, and badminton backgrounds have helped me transition into pickleball rather easily. (I guess it's a "racquet sports" thing) I primarily play at Plummer Family Park in Edwardsville, IL and the Rally Club indoor facility in Glen Carbon, IL where I'm a member. I also play in a handful of tournaments each year where I've been fortunate enough to typically medal in those tournaments. I enjoy helping people at all levels understand the basic fundamentals of pickleball, explaining strategies and tactics, as well as discussing the pros and cons of different types of equipment you should be using (paddles, shoes, sunglasses, etc).
"Oh, I’d say the lesson was quite helpful, especially with some specific techniques I hadn’t considered before. Curt has a way of explaining details that stick without feeling overwhelming, which I appreciated. Though I still have some areas to improve, I’m feeling optimistic about practicing what I picked up. Still, I’m definitely open to trying another lesson with Curt in the future.

A few years ago, I was introduced to pickleball and found it to be an enjoyable pastime. With a background in ping pong, I noticed many transferable techniques, which made the transition smooth. Over the past year, my passion for the sport has grown immensely; I play weekly and have had success in local tournaments, consistently placing in the top three. Currently at a 4.0 skill level, I’m eager to share my love for pickleball by teaching others. Although I haven’t coached before, I take pride in my patient gameplay and focus on refining technique, believing that both technique and power are essential for improvement.
"Taylor is wise beyond his years. He is very cordial and easy to talk to, while encouraging at the same time. Thank you Taylor!

I'm a former tennis player turned pickleball addict. My lessons combine strategy, repetition, and fun — whether you’re new to the game or already competing in tournaments. Let’s take your game to the next level.
"My friends started playing pickleball a while ago but I was injured at that time. I decided to take some lessons to gain basic knowledge of pickleball and get to a beginner level. It helped me a lot because Michael teaches everything with attention to detail and makes it easy to understand.

With over 30 years of competitive golf experience, I bring a lifelong passion for the game and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed at every level. I began competing at age 10 and went on to qualify for the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) State Championship in both my junior and senior years. I then played NCAA Division II college golf in the highly competitive Gulf South Conference for the University of West Florida. Throughout my career, I’ve competed in numerous U.S. Open and U.S. Amateur qualifiers, and spent two years as a fully sponsored Callaway Golf professional on the RE/MAX World Long Drive Tour, winning both regional and super regional events with drives of 396 and 406 yards respectively. My teaching specialties include gaining distance and accuracy off the tee, mastering the short game, and building a confident, resilient mental approach to handle the challenges of tournament play or casual weekend rounds. I’ve coached golfers of all ages and skill levels, from aspiring junior athletes to seasoned weekend warriors. I’ve passed the rigorous PGA Playing Ability Test (PAT) at Seminole Legacy Golf Club in Tallahassee, FL as part of the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program, which evaluates both playing and coaching ability. Whether your goal is to sharpen your competitive edge or finally win your Saturday foursome, I provide a fun, laid-back learning atmosphere designed to help you elevate every part of your game. My instruction can take place at one of the provided courses/ranges/practice greens listed on this site or I’m more than happy to travel to your home club in which we can really dig into course management, yardage book creation or USGA etiquette and rules expertise while playing 9 holes. You’re choice of venue and convenience is my #1 goal while lowering your leisurely score, decreasing your official USGA handicap index, making that grade school varsity team or just learning how to absolutely crush it off the tee, I would be thrilled to meet you where you are and accomplish/blow away your individual golf expectations and or goals!
"“At 70 years old and stuck with a 25 handicap for what felt like forever, I figured my best golf was behind me. Then I met Justin. After just a few lessons in Fort Walton Beach, he completely transformed my game. I had a nasty slice from a lifetime of swinging inside-out, but Justin simplified everything from my setup, foot alignment, grip, and swing plane. He didn’t overload me with swing thoughts; he gave me real, practical adjustments that worked. After 4–5 short sessions, I broke 80 for the first time in my life. I was so excited I called him on a Saturday just to share the news. I’ve referred all my buddies to him, and I’d do it again without hesitation. He’s the real deal, part coach, part magician!” - Ron R. Fort Walton Beach, FL
