I’m Timothy “Mayhem” Moten — a professional heavyweight boxer former ABO Americas Heavyweight Champion, and so far I’m undefeated in the ring with 12 wins 8 coming by way of Knockout and over a decade of experience in the fight game. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I’ve dedicated my life to boxing — as a competitor, coach, and student of the sport. I’ve trained with some of the best in the world, including serving as a sparring partner for former world champions Anthony Joshua and Luis Ortiz. As an amateur, I earned a USA U-19 National Silver Medal and I won Silver Gloves and Golden Gloves Regional titles also winning The USA Men’s State Championship before turning pro in 2017. Recently I also got the opportunity to be the main sparring partner for The YouTube famous influencer Jake paul for his fight with Mike Tyson. My coaching style is all about teaching real boxing — no fluff. Hi! I’m Gavin! I’ve been playing for a very long time, I’m currently enrolled in the University of Louisville School of Music. I am somewhat new to teaching but it’s something that has been a passion of mine. I am proficient in any genre. If you wanna shred hit me up!

I am an experienced musician with a bachelors degree in music and experience playing and teaching piano, guitar, bass guitar, drums, violin, viola, cello, double bass, and saxophone. As a teacher I focus on tailoring lessons to each students goals and using my knowledge to help them achieve those goals.

I currently have a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Studies and Guitar Performance at Olivet Nazarene University where I studied classical and jazz guitar under Freddie Franken and Joshua Achiron. I am currently pursuing my Master of Music in Jazz Performance at the University of Louisville studying jazz guitar with Craig Wagner. I have extensive knowledge of playing numerous styles of music ranging from jazz, classical, rock and blues, musical theater pit orchestras, chamber music, and worship music. I have played professional gigs in the Chicagoland and Louisville area for a few years and have taught private guitars lessons to students of varying ages.
