As a player, I was ranked number 1 for most of my junior career in my home country. I defeated the world-ranked number six in the 35 age group and reached number 125. Recently, I had the opportunity to practice with Daria Kasatkina, world number 14, as a hitter at the US Open. With over 20 years of coaching experience, I am one of the few USTA Coach Developers running the USTA Coaching Fundamentals Workshops for coaches. I served as a USPTA Tester and was awarded USPTA Tester of the Year in the Eastern Section.
