Tennis Coach with a unique philosophy: . My own experience and approach forged alongside good Athletes and coaches;allowed me to uncover athletic movements good for your skill level that go well beyond the standard drills used today. With 20 years of experience as a player and 9 years as a certified coach, I developed a successful program for improvement and effortless power, helping students move efficiently and unlock their true potential through the laws of physics rather than rigid mechanics. Perfect for Seniors that have lost their fitness and not seeing the ball. Who I’m a Great Fit For: • The "Frustrated" To many technical thoughts timing off but the ball isn't going anywhere, I will show you how to stop "forcing" the ball and start using your body’s natural anchor . for more power • Former Athletes: If you have a background in football, basketball, or other sports, I speak your language. We will use your existing athletic instincts to master tennis movement faster. • Players Prone to Injury: By teaching "Effortless Power," I help players reduce the strain on their wrists, elbows, and shoulders caused by rigid, outdated techniques. • The "Student of the Game": If you are tired of basic "keep your eye on the ball" advice and want to understand the physics and secrets of elite-level movement, we are a perfect match.

For two decades, I've cultivated a deep understanding of lacrosse, and I'm eager to share my insights. I grew up on Long Island so lacrosse has always been a part of my life. My playing career began when I was 6 years old, playing up with my older brother. I attended St. Anthony’s High School while playing for LI Express in the summer. For those years I was around some of the best coaches in the lacrosse world and gained invaluable information from them about lacrosse. After St. Anthony’s I attended St. John’s University as a member of the lacrosse team. I was lucky enough to play all four years there, playing attack, offensive midfield and defensive midfield. Upon graduation I decided to be a college assistant coach at Misericordia University where I was in charge of the defense, and helped lead our team to a conference title. Lacrosse will always be my passion, I enjoy all facets of the game and enjoy giving back to players with all the information I have gained of the game. I focus on helping athletes elevate their game through strategic development and personalized instruction. My goal is to instill confidence and a love for the sport.

With 6 years of baseball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion for the game. My approach is tailored to individual needs, fostering growth and confidence on and off the field. Let's elevate your baseball journey!

""I enrolled my son Reggie, 16, for tennis lessons because that is the only no-contact sport he was interested in. Fabiana has been instrumental in teaching him the key concepts so he could start to play well with others in a very short time. She also provided proper and comfortable settings for our games. I truly appreciate Fabiana's efforts for going above and beyond, to boost my son's self esteem with positive reinforcement. It means a lot. She is a good role model who is passionate about her craft."
