With experience coaching both kids and adults, I bring a unique perspective from both sports to help players develop their skills, strategies, and overall game. As a multi-faceted artist, I've had the privilege of exploring various facets of the performing arts, including acting, composing, singing, music, writing, conducting, and educating. From embodying Langston Hughes in Carlyle Brown's "Are You Now, Or Have You Ever Been" to portraying Walter Lee Younger in "A Raisin In The Sun," I've shared my passion with audiences at renowned venues like Stage West and WaterTower Theatre. On screen, you may have caught me in episodes of the HBO series "Random Acts Of Flyness." My commitment to social justice led me to perform my one-man show "#BlandJustice" at Dallas' Black Academy of Arts and Letters. My musical journey has taken me to prestigious stages like Carnegie Hall and Jazz at Lincoln Center. Trained at institutions such as Juilliard School and Drew Theological Seminary, I've also shared my knowledge as a voice and piano instructor at esteemed institutions like Booker T. Washington HSPVA. Proudly affiliated with Actors' Equity Association, I continue to strive for excellence in both my artistry and advocacy endeavors.
