I’m a former NFL athlete turned youth performance coach. I built DIVG LLC Fitness to help young athletes grow stronger in mind, body, and confidence. My training blends discipline, technique, and real mentorship so every kid learns how to move with purpose and believe in their greatness.

After high school I went the prep school route and attended Hargrave Military Academy from 2008-2009. From there I finished my career on the D2 level at Bowie State University where I earned my degree in Sports Management with a minor in Management.

With two decades immersed in the world of music performance, one decade in education, I've cultivated a passion for nurturing musical talent. My approach blends technical proficiency with a fun, engaging learning environment, empowering students to excel.

I've been involved with music since I started taking guitar lessons at the age of six. In college, I would continue my musical journey by pursuing Audio Engineering at Shenandoah University. While Music Production was a large part of my education, I also had the opportunity to hone in on my guitar playing as an on-stage performer and session musician. I played in the Shenandoah Conservatory Big Band for over three years and played on more than 70 student-run recording sessions. Although I studied Jazz guitar in college, I regularly play a wide variety of other genres of music such as Blues, Soul, Rock, and Country. I’d love to help you out on your own musical journey and help you find the same love for music that I have!

Jamie has been passionately playing pickleball for eight months and has quickly transitioned into coaching for the past six months. With a solid foundation in ping pong, they hit the ground running and rapidly honed their skills. In just eight months, Jamie has achieved an impressive 4.0 DUPR rating, showcasing their dedication and talent in the sport.
