My 17 years of playing and coaching basketball have been fueled by a passion for the game and a dedication to my students' growth. I’ve played 3 years in the NBA, 5 seasons overseas (still playing). I played in all kinds of countries and have played with all kinds of professional athletes. I’m a Indiana University (Hoosiers) alumni. I’m also Boo Williams (Boo Williams Summer League) nephew so i been all through the AAU world too. I’ve trained kids in my free time during the summer and hosted a couple camps in my hometown, Hampton, VA as well.

I have over 17 years of playing experience in soccer, including competing in Europe and at the highest youth level in the U.S. My passion for the game extends beyond the pitch, with 4 years of coaching experience developing players both technically and mentally. This unique blend of high-level playing and coaching has given me a deep understanding of the game, a strong tactical perspective, and a commitment to fostering growth in others.

I've been involved with music since I started taking guitar lessons at the age of six. In college, I would continue my musical journey by pursuing Audio Engineering at Shenandoah University. While Music Production was a large part of my education, I also had the opportunity to hone in on my guitar playing as an on-stage performer and session musician. I played in the Shenandoah Conservatory Big Band for over three years and played on more than 70 student-run recording sessions. Although I studied Jazz guitar in college, I regularly play a wide variety of other genres of music such as Blues, Soul, Rock, and Country. I’d love to help you out on your own musical journey and help you find the same love for music that I have!
