I’m a desert kid and grew up in Glendale Arizona. I attended Apollo High School where I competed in track and field, basketball, and of course football. After graduating with honors at Apollo. I went to play D1 football at The University of Hawaii at Manoa and started 62 of 64 games of my career. Played 5 years of college football while pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Graduated with my BBA in business management before heading of to the pros. Played with the 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, and Seattle Seahawks. I’m an offensive lineman myself and want to teach every lineman how to play at an elite level while having fun. I was a un-drafted free agent to the 49ers. Played with the Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers, and Seattle Seahawks. With over a decade dedicated to football, I refine athletes' skills and ignite their passion for the game. Kieren Wilson is a passionate and driven football coach with over five years of experience developing elite talent at the high school level. He has spent the past three years coaching in San Diego, including three seasons at La Jolla High School—serving as a defensive line coach, cornerbacks coach, and bringing advanced insight into defensive schemes and game prep. Before that, Kieren was the defensive coordinator for the freshman team at Maple Mountain High School, where he helped instill discipline, accountability, and high-level defensive execution. Throughout his coaching journey, Kieren has trained multiple Division I athletes and a few who have gone on to play in the NFL. His coaching style blends game-applicable technique, film study, and mindset development, helping athletes grow both on and off the field. As a former college linebacker and international pro player, Kieren has learned directly under NFL veterans and coaches, applying those lessons to develop the next generation of elite players. His mission is to mold mentally tough, technically sound, and spiritually grounded young men who dominate with purpose.
