Bring your “A” game (2x “PET”): First set of PET: 1. “P” = Physical - how is your body feeling today prepared or not? 2. “E” = Equipment - right Paddle, sport wear and appropriate court shoes? 3. “T” = Technical - are you prepared to start with the basic fundamentals eg. Serve, Groundstrokes, Volleys, Drops, Dinks, Overheads focusing on Grip, Set Up, Impact Point, Sensation and Recovery.
